Refund and Exchange policy

We have a return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your order to request for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, items should be returned first before refunds are made. You can contact us at info@richards-modest-publishing.com. Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
If your order came damaged upon reception or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

Your order will be exchanged if damaged upon reception. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at info@richards-modest-publishing.com to start the exchange process. we will exchange your item for a new one if your exchange is approved.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
